Aishwarya Rai, arguably the most beautiful women in world, made her presence felt at the “Robot” movie presser where she was accompanied by director Shankar. She looked jaw drop, eye ball turning stunning and stylish in her white long sleeve top with dark blue skinny jeans at the Robot presser on September 23. Aishwarya Rai wore a white stand collar, button front top with pintuck detail. She accessorized with black strappy heels, stud earrings, a bangle in left arm, a watch in right arm, and rings on both hands. Her hair, styled in loose waves, draped her shoulders. She wore plum lipstick and smoky eye makeup. This event actually just happened before the event of “Launch Of Guzaarish’s First Look” where she was accompanied by Hrithik Roshan.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan talked about her role in the movie and how she enjoyed the experience of working with the entire team. She was all praises for director Shankar for and praised him for outdoing himself in each of his movies. She also said that she is lucky to have got the opportunity to work with him.

In turn, Shankar had a alot to say for Aishwarya as well. He said that Aishwarya was more like a hero in the film. She worked tirelessly on the set starting 7am until pack up time, and stayed involved in the film, its making and the techniques used for production.

Apparently this was just last film Aishwarya was working in, so she is done filming for the year 2010. She will probably relax a little and then get busy promoting her films Guzaarish, Robot and Action Replay. And you thought these celebrities have an easy life. Anyhow, wishing Aishwarya Rai, all the very best with all her movies.

Aishwarya Rai looked like an angel in a white floral embroidery blouse top at the launch of Guzaarish first look on September 23′ 2010. Someone correctly mentioned, that “Aishwarya makes good styling look effortless, something it is not, even when you are so insanely beautiful”. She paired her dark blue jeans with three quarter length sleeve top that had keyhole bateau neckline and scalloped hem. She accessorized with black heels, stud earrings, a gold bangle in her left arm, a watch in her right arm, and rings on both her hands. Her dark brown hair, styled in loose waves, framed her face and draped her shoulders.

“Guzaarish is a very very special film and a very very special team that has come together,” Aishwarya told the assembled press. “Everybody has worked passionately for it. It is a beautiful piece of cinema and we are all very proud of it.”

Hrithik said his role in Guzaarish was his most difficult as well as the easiest. “Easiest because I managed to essay it under the guidance of Bhansali,” said the actor.

Guzaarish is Aishwarya’s third film with Bhansali. While each film with the director is an amazing experience, the latest project was exceptional, said the actress.

“Guzaarish is a beautiful piece of cinema,” she said. When asked about she and Hrithik being referred to as the magical pair of silver screen having delivered hits like Dhoom 2 and Jodha Akbar, Aishwarya said she works with directors and not co-stars.

“We actors play characters that the director envisages. I am fortunate to have worked with wonderful co-stars throughout my career,” she said.

Bhansali refused to divulge details of the film saying it was too early to do so. “The film is about the beauty, hope and the joy of living,” he said. Bhansali has debuted as a music composer for the film. “I did the music because I understand the characters well. This was just an experiment. There are eight songs in the film and 12 in the music album,” said the director.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, has to be the best actress out there at present. With three huge movies, geared up for release, Aishwarya Rai simply rules the charts at present. Robot (Endhiran), Action Replay and Guzaarish are all mega budget, big banner movies. Undoubtedly she is the most sought-sought after Bollywood actress today. And i do believe, she is the only actress to have such a successful acting career even post marriage.

The actress says, “I don’t think it would be right on my part to gloat in this very generous observation. There have been many actors and actresses who have continued working post marriage for years. However, in the recent times, there has been a preconceived idea that probably leading ladies would not continue to work. I never paid attention to it. Even as a single girl, I never really thought about it. I never even wondered what will happen to me after marriage.

“I chose acting as a profession. Even at the beginning of my career, I never thought ‘Will it would be wise for me to play this role as a new girl? Should I do this later? Is a very girly role?’ I’m the same girl who did IRUVAR at the beginning of my career. I didn’t say give me four songs and short skirts and let me just jump around. That’s the kind of mindset with which I kept going very strongly.”

The 36-year-old further added, “Having said that, I must say that it does feel really nice that I have got meet a lot of like-minded professionals. I might want to work after marriage but there have to directors who want to work with me. There have to be directors who have to see me in roles and characters. I’m so blessed. It’s so wonderful that my faith has been kept in the professionals that I have worked with. Directors like Shankar, Mani Ratnam and Sanjay Leela Bhansali came to me with scripts. They didn’t say ‘Now you are married. What should we do with your role?’ None of the directors thought that.”

We hope she continues working in the same way for many more years and directors keep on offering her different roles.

UTV have released the First Look of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Guzaarish, headlining Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai.

The 1min 48sec long trailer focuses entirely on Hrithik and Aishwarya and is sans dialog.

Delightful visuals, exhilarating background score, elaborate costumes, and understated but intense emotions – the promo has a signature Bhansali look and feel. It reminds you of Black, it reminds you of Saawariya.

As to the plot, the trailer reiterates the little that is known about it – Hrithik Roshan is a magician, Aishwarya her assistant. A twist of fate, perhaps, turns Hrithik into a wheel chair bound parapeligic, and Aishwaray to his deeply caring nurse. What pervades is love, even crazed laughter.

And yes, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is seen smoking in the film. I don’t know if it’s like a real cigarette or what? I have just seen images for the same.

Guzaarish releases in theatres on November 19. Hopefully, this is going to be one movie that brings justice to Aishwarya Rai’s hard work that she has put in this year.

I won’t say that high expectations from this movie, but then, this is Sanjay Leela Bhansali, that we are talking about. This movie has to be good. What do you say?

Aishwarya Rai, reportedly turned down a $1 million offer for a documentary film on her life that would have involved cameras following her at home for a week.

According to Mid Day, the offer was made by a Hollywood studio on the lines of the one made to Shah Rukh Khan earlier.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan told the documentary producers that she would not allow anyone to film her at home, and subsequently didn’t relent in the face of persistent efforts by the producers.

Guess what, they could have asked me instead, “whether Aishwarya will take up the offer or not?”. Even i would have told ‘em the same thing. I don’t think any Indian actress will be ready to do that. What’s your take on the story?
