It was Laila Khan‘s wedding night and the reception was star sparkled with many many celebrities. And why not, the night had to be special as Laila Khan is daughter of late Feroz Khan and sister of bollywood’s Mr. Cool Guy, Fardeen Khan.

Our green eyed princess is undoubtedly the most beautiful women in this world. And when she wears green, then it’s going to be magical. Aishwarya looked stunning hot at Laila Khan’s wedding reception and literally stole the show when she arrived at the wedding party. All the eyes were glued to her when she arrived wearing a low neck, green colored salwar kameez. And my oh my, was she looking so pretty.

Aishwarya Rai was accompanied by Abhishek Bachchan and dad-in-law Amitabbh Bachchan. not sure if Jaya Bachchan was present there as well but yes they did have company of good old friend Amar Singh.

Anyways, Laila Khan got married to Farhan Furniturewala. This is not the first time she is getting married. She earlier got married to Rohit Rajpal but they separated soon. So all is well that ends well. Congratulations to Laila and Farhan. And Muaaahhh to the gorgeous Aishwarya Rai.

Bollywood’s hottest couple, Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai are set to celebrate their third wedding anniversary which is today on 20th April. First of all wishing them a happy wedding anniversary and many many happy years of married life to come.

Last year both were busy shooting for movies. Abhishek was in Miami shooting for the movie “Dostana” and Ash surprised him by paying him a visit on the sets, on their anniversary. But of course they did not get too much time for themselves.

This year also, both were busy shooting for Mani Ratnam’s “Raavan” and the kinda of professionals both Ash-Abhi are, they refused to take some time off from the shoot, even when Mani Ratnam insisted. Few days back Aishwarya Rai was bruised on the sets of Raavan. And so i am guessing this made the couple change their mind and they headed off to an undisclosed location, most probably somewhere in US, for their second honeymoon.

Abhishek’s father Amitabh Bachchan on his blog, said that the couple was taking a flight to New York. Some other source close to the couple said, “The two have gone to an undisclosed destination and will be back in time for the music release of Raavan on April 24.”

Abhishek Bachchan too posted on his Twitter page: “It’s Houdini time again. Have managed to abduct the wife. See you all soon.”

According to another source, the duo have been planning this holiday so that they could spend some time together after keeping busy with their respective shooting schedules.

Last year, the actors took out time for a week-long vacation while they were shooting for Mani Ratnam’s Raavan, which is among their most awaited films this year.

The couple got married in 2007 in a grand wedding ceremony at Bachchan’s residence Prateeksha in Mumbai. Just for your information

Thank God! Aishwarya Rai does not have any disease. All this reports about Stomach Tuberculosis were all false and fabricated stories by the Mumbai journalism. The Mumbai Mirror and Mid Day both reported couple of days back that Aishwarya has stomach TB. Can’t believe what limits some people are willing to cross to make some sales.

Amitabh Bachchan is deeply angered over a latest media report that Aishwarya Rai, his daughter-in-law and wife of son Abhishek Bachchan, can’t have a baby right now because she’s suffering from stomach tuberculosis. Amitabh referred to the Mumbai mirror story as “completely false, completely fabricated, unsubstantiated, insensitive and of the lowest quality of journalism there ever was.” An understandably pained Amitabh Bachchan added, “I am too incensed and angered by the contents above !! Not a single portion of the article is true !! I have much to comment upon on this, but shall hold on till another day. For the moment I have only this to say. I am the head of my family. Aishwarya is not my daughter – in – law, she is my daughter, a woman, a lady in my house and home. If anyone will speak derogatorily about her, I shall fight for her till my last breath. If you have something to say to the men in the house, Abhishek or me, I shall bear it. But .. if you shall make injudicious remarks on the women in my home, I shall not tolerate it !!!”

Abhishek Bachchan had some similar sentiments on his twitter account. He said “The article is disgusting and appalling! As a husband and a man i’m shocked that one can talk so irresponsibly about a woman, that too FALSELY!! on a personal note, as a husband i will not stand for such rubbish being written about my wife.”
He added “i have never reacted to all the fabricated stories written by the media about me and my own. BUT THIS IS THE LIMIT!!!”
“You want to write and malign me or my father i will take it. but the ladies of my home are off limits! they’ve gone too far this time.”

You know, it’s good to see someone going this far to protect the people they love. I’m really happy for the Bachchan parivar. And at the same time shame on the journalist who went this far to sell few copies of their newsline. What a shame!!!!

Anyways, we, the true fans of Aishwarya are really glad and relieved that Aishwarya Rai is perfectly fine and hope she continues to do well in all aspects of her life.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been trying to become a mother for some time now. The fact that she has so far not gotten pregnant is actually a cause for concern for the entire Bachchan parivar.

According to a close family friend, though outwardly the family may have taken the when-it-happens-it-will-happen stand, but within, there’s a very ardent desire to have an heir for the family as soon as possible.

Mr Bachchan is especially sold on a grandson, but when asked about it he says, as usual, “When it happens, it will happen.”

But the question that is really bothers the family and their close friends is – when? After all, it’s no secret that Aishwarya is 37, and she isn’t getting any younger.

But it now comes to light that the reason for her inability to bear a child at the moment is because she has been suffering from stomach tuberculosis for a while.

Says a source, “The medication Aishwarya is taking for her stomach ailment is hampering her from getting pregnant. Until the tuberculosis is fully cured, she is unlikely to risk a pregnancy.”

On his blog, an anguished Amitabh Bachchan has written about ‘the rich man’s TB’, dispelling the myth that the disease only afflicts the less privileged. Now that the supposed reason for the delay in her pregnancy is clearer, we can only hope and pray that the Bachchan bahu speedily recovers from the ailment and fulfills her ardent desire to become a mother.

Who ever thought that Amitabh Bachchan Corporation Limited would ever fail. But the company never got the right start and failed & then failed again. But i guess now ABCL has a reason to celebrate with the new hope they see under Aishwarya Rai. That’s right, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, daughter in law of Amitabh Bachchan, has taken up the responsibility to revive the destiny of the family banner.

As you might just not be knowing it, “Paa” is being released under ABCL banner. According to some online media buffs, Bachchans are pretty confident about the success of “Paa” specially after series of flops in the past. You know what! Even i am pretty confident about the success of the movie “Paa”, and hopefully, it will truly be a success worldwide.

Anyways, getting back on the subject, Aishwarya Rai has played a major role in planning the marketing strategies of the movie “Paa” under AB Corp Ltd. She is really leaving nothing to chance and taking full control of the marketing. So whether it’s the head-in-the-box teaser ads, or Auro merchandise, Paa-and-I campaign strategies, or Big B visiting schools, all the promotional strategies for the film are filtered by Aishwarya. So, with this in mind and to continue with some good projects,  they have chosen Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to head the ABCL banner for the revival or shall i say re-establishment. So far, so good…hoping the same for future.
