Hello again all you Aishwarya Rai fans. I feel so happy being among you, our regular and new readers from across the world. Just keep in those comments coming, really makes me feel good and motivates me to write more and more about Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
As i mentioned in the last post regarding her “Tournee” Photocall at 63rd Cannes Film Festival’ 2010, Aishwarya wore an Emilio Pucci dress. The same day she was interviewed by NDTV for her upcoming film “Raavan”.
Anupama Chopra, who is the Consulting Editor, Films at NDTV, interviewed Aishwarya Rai, probably right after the photocall. It’s an interview where Aishwarya Rai talks about Cannes a little but then follows about her challenging role in the upcoming Mani Ratnam’s movie “Raavan”. Aishwarya looks an absolute dream girl and i really love her expressions in the interview. She has developed this accent of a kind ad Ash has just perfected the way she has to speak and how to face a camera and interviewer while the shoot. She is just fabulous.
Alright, so let’s see the video then my friends. Here you go:
Don’t forget to chat with me about Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and leave your comments regarding the same. Have a great day you all!!!!!

Aishwarya Rai
The doe-eyed beauty of India,
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will soon be seen on the small screen. Well that’s the new buzz in Bolly Town. I am not sure if this story holds true. Aishwarya, our pretty pretty actress who has not been seen in any movies since her last hit, Guru, is all set for her next flick,
Raavan. The Bachchan bahu has a number of projects lined up for her with some of best movie makers of the Indian film industry, with whom most of actors aspire of working with sometime. However the buzz that i was talking about is that there will be a new chat show with
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as the host/anchor.
The program for which Aishwarya will be the host is reportedly a chat show on national television. The complete details of the show have not been disclosed so far. The decision of showing her up on small screen was, in fact that of Amitabh Bachchan. He rather considers this as a ritual or shall i term it as tradition. He himself started it off with Big Boss and following him was Abhishek who is currently hosting a game show, Bingo.
Aishwarya Rai’s fans who have been waiting desperately for a glance of her, this can be the moment. This is indeed a double treat.
Hopefully this news is true and there will really be a chat show. I remember last time there was a rumor that Aishwarya will be one of the judge for India’s Got Talent but nothing like that ever came up. Anyways, hoping this to be true.

It’s an old video but i love to watch it again and again. So here i am sharing it with you….
David Letterman, the famous TV talk show host, tried to make fun of Indian tradition at the time when Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was invited on her show to be a guest. But how can our Aishwarya Rai let such thing go. She gets right into the argument and burned David Letterman with her quick witty but thoughtful answers.
What you would love is the punchline of this video:
David – Do you live with your parents in India?
Aishwarya – Yes I do.
David – Is it common in India for elder children to live with their parents (Audience laugh at this point)
Aishwarya – Its common in India to live with your parent.. Its also common in India that we don’t need to take appointments with our parents to meet for dinner. (Crowd stunned, shocked, silenced and then goes for an applause because they knew they were ashamed. Well done Ash)
I hope you liked watching how Aishwarya Rai owned David Letterman on his own show.

Aishwarya To Judge "India Got Talent"
You do know how most of the television soaps and competitions come up in different languages and countries across the globe. Going way back i remember a television show “Tol Mol ke Bol” which was based on popular TV show named “Price is Right“. But i guess the most famous has to be “Kaun Banega Crorepati” that was based on “Who wants to be a millionaire“. Of course Kaun Banega Crorepati was a great success as long as it was being hosted by Amitabh Bachchan and why not…The charm, the charisma and of the course the prize money besides getting to watch the man of the millennium, Amitabh Bachchan, was a lot overwhelming for the people. Probably you do know, KBC success credit also goes to Mr. Siddharth Basu. Probably, the best quiz master India has ever seen.
Alright, so from last few years there has been a talent hunt contest going in America and Britain and the show is called “America Got Talent” and “Britain’s Got Talent“. I personally do not like American version of the show but i simply cannot miss out on the Britain Got Talent episodes. It’s into it’s third year and has given likes of Paul Potts who is a famous Oprah singer and George Sampson, little genius dancer kid. These not only got to perform at the Royal Variety in front of the Royal family including the Queen, but also became world famous. What makes the show even more interesting are the three judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan and sometimes a fourth judge, the very beautiful, Kelly Brook. And of course, the two hosts Ant & Dec who brings all the humor to the show. I simply can’t get enough from this show.
Now with popularity of America/Britain got talent, how can India remain behind. So here comes “India Got Talent“. The show once again will be courtesy Siddharth Basu. So you can expect some good result from the show. Now as for judges, there was a rumor that Mr. Basu has chosen bollywood’s actress Preity Zinta as one of the judges. Of course nothing was confirmed and will remain unconfirmed till the very beginning of the show but the latest rumors that are coming up says that Preity Zinta has been replaced by the our very own, ever so gorgeous Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. India’s Got Talent promotional videos are already being aired on the television these days. It was considered to be Preity Zinta’s grand TV debut. But now i guess the same can be said for Aishwarya Rai. It’s a little difficult for me to believe that Aishwarya will be seen on small screen in such a talent show but considering the fact that Amitabh has already been a part of Mr. Basu’s first success of KBC, Aishwarya Rai may very well be a judge in India’s Got Talent.
It was believed that Preity Zinta zeroed in on the payments and everything with IGT team. She was supposedly said to be paid 5 crores of rupees but you know, Indian Premier League Cricket is going on these days and she is the owner of Kings XI Punjab. So she really is busy with her first priority. Thus she was replaced by Aishwarya Rai. I am not sure, but Aishwarya Rai as a judge of India’s Got Talent is yet to be confirmed by her and till then, everybody seems to be tight lipped.
I am sure “India Got Talent” can get better judges than Britain Got Talent’s and America Got Talent, and IGT may also get better competition… But how on earth will tehy be able to get Ant & Dec. Sorry, but i don’t India or any other country has anyone to match Ant & Dec!
